Yogi Bhajan taught us that while we cannot change the time and space, we can change the attitude and the altitude. Taking the altitude of the neutral mind, and an attitude of gratitude, we bring ourselves to a state of consciousness where we can receive the blessings of grace, and extend this blessing to ourselves and others.?
Join together in this sacred space to take a truly conscious breath, rest in your heart, and be touched by the blessing you are.
We?ll practice yoga, meditation and vibrate the cosmos with our chanting.
