Kundalini Yoga & Meditation:
Based on the teachings of Yogi Bhajan and taught by Seva Simran Kaur:

\”Such devotion rises from our heart chakra. Loving ourselves is loving others for we are all one.\”
This workshop will focus on accessing this state of godliness with a kriya to co-ordinate the mind, body and soul and one for neutrality which works on separating God from the Devil.
There will be meditations to eradicate fear and reach out to this God energy that is ours for the asking.
