Celebrate Vaisakhi (Sikh New Year) with free family activities. Suitable for all ages.

Learn to tie a turban
Experienced turban wearers will teach you how to tie a traditional Sikh turban. Organised by the Sikh Education Council.

Gatka performance
Come and watch a performance of Gatka, a vibrant Sikh martial art from Punjab. Led by Uptej Singh and Baljit Singh, from Baba Fateh Singh Gatka Akhara, and their students. Accompanied by traditional dhol (drum) players from The Dhol Academy.

Storytelling
Listen to a new story inspired by the Sikh fortress turban by writer and storyteller
Philippe Cherbonnier.
